We are located at 201 Chain Lake Drive in Halifax, Nova Scotia
What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday: 9am to 6pm
Saturday: 9am to 5pm
Sunday: 10am to 5pm
These hours are typical, we close for stat holidays and for inclement weather. Any change to hours are posted on our Facebook page and Google page.
Where do your baked goods come from?
Everything is baked on site, if you have ever visited, there's a good chance you know this by the smell when you walk in! The shop is only 25% of our unit, in the back is where the magic happens with our baked goods, meats and shipping!
Can I call and order ahead?
Unfortunately not. The shop is always busy and with our wholesale and shipping operations, space is very limited.

How do you cook your pies?
Our pies are fully cooked, you are simply reheating them.
385°F for 22-26 minutes is a good guide, ovens, temperatures and times vary.
How long do your baked goods stay fresh?
Our baked goods typically stay fresh for about 5 days. However, our puff pastry products freeze incredibly well—just thaw them overnight and reheat for the best results. this text to provide answers for your most commonly asked questions.
Do you offer gluten-free or specialty baked goods?
No, we cannot offer gluten-free baked goods due to our facility’s setup. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
How do you ship your baked goods?
We only ship perishable baked goods within Nova Scotia. For non-perishable items, we carefully pack them to ensure they arrive in good condition. You can also find our baked goods at over 20 wholesale partners across the province. Please visit our shipping policy page for more information.
Can I freeze the baked goods?
Absolutely! Our puff pastry items in particular freeze exceptionally well—simply thaw overnight and reheat whenever you’re ready to enjoy them.
Can I order in bulk for events or special occasions?
Yes! We often keep a large stock on hand. If your order is over $500, please call ahead, and we’ll be happy to make to order and ensure we have everything you need.
How should I store my baked goods?
Perishable items (such as pies, sausage rolls, scotch eggs, etc.) should be refrigerated or frozen if you won’t eat them right away.
Dry baked goods (like Eccles cakes or Bakewell tarts) are best kept in a cool, dry place in an airtight container or their original packaging.
